This is the S$106 million Eurokars headquarters

11 Kung Chong Road, Singapore - Eurokars has finally opened the doors of the new S$106 million Eurokars Centre, the brand’s flagship facility that houses Rolls-Royce Motor Cars’ first dedicated showroom, numerous workshops and EKA’s corporate offices.

The 39,902 sqft plot was acquired by Eurokars in 2012, but challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic hindered initial plans for opening the new facility in 2020. The 99,384 sqft eight-storey building was completed earlier in 2023, serving as Eurokars’ regional headquarters.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

The first floor of the 11 Kung Chong Road building houses the Asia-Pacific’s largest Rolls-Royce showroom, with an entrance that emulates that of RR’s infamous Pantheon grille - complete with the brand’s Spirit of Ecstasy mounted above the frontage.

The new showroom is designed to emulate the brand visual identity, incorporating digital and a relaxed ambience that offers customers an inspiring environment to browse through the brand’s offerings.

The showroom also includes an Atelier, which provides customers with a space to commission their very own bespoke Rolls-Royce.

With a wide range of colour samples, wood veneers, leathers and an entire starlight headliner, the Atelier provides near limitless options to make every Rolls-Royce a piece unique example.

BMW Eurokars Auto

The second floor of Eurokars Centre houses Singapore’s first BMW Experience Centre, a large space that showcases several of BMW’s Grand Klasse (GKL) vehicles, BMW M vehicles and a dedicated delivery bay.

The BMW Eurokars Experience Centre will complement the upcoming BMW Eurokars Auto Flagship showroom located at 29 Leng Kee Road (formerly EKA’s Porsche showroom), adjacent to the MINI Habitat - which is also slated for a revamp.

The third level of the Eurokars Centre is a dedicated BMW workshop with eight workbays and a service centre located in the basement.

The EKA HQ service centre will be one of three authorised service centres, with one located at 29 Leng Kee Road showroom and a third upcoming service centre located at 27A Tanjong Penjuru.

Levels 4 and 5 of the Eurokars Centre house the Rolls-Royce and Eurokars Supersports service centres, the latter of which will be a dedicated space for McLaren and Pagani vehicles.

The new space is twice the size of the existing EKA Supersports service centre, which comes fully furnished with the latest diagnostic tools.

Pagani of Singapore will even offer "flying doctor" services to reach their customers at their convenience.

Eurokars Group’s corporate offices are located on the sixth and seventh floors of the EKA HQ, with the bottom floor housing the brand’s IT, finance and HR departments (among many others) and the seventh floor occupied by senior management offices.

The meeting rooms of the corporate offices are named after the eleven brands under the Eurokars umbrella while the rest of the office space is lavishly designed - akin to a five-star hotel.

Eurokars Pre-Owned

The opening of the brand’s flagship facility also marks the opening of Eurokars’ pre-owned showroom, located just adjacent to Eurokars Centre at 7 Kung Chong Road.

The two-storey building boasts 10,600 square feet of showroom space and storage for up to 20 pre-owned vehicles.

With the official opening of the Eurokars Centre and pre-owned showroom, the brand has a strong foothold on the local automotive scene.

In conjunction with the upcoming BMW Eurokars Auto flagship showroom and revamping of the MINI Habitat, the brand has also announced plans for a revamp of its current Mazda and McLaren showrooms and an upcoming Pagani of Singapore brand experience centre at 5 Leng Kee Road.
