Hyundai tweaks their Palisade flagship SUV - Now Bettererr

Singapore - We caught a glimpse of Hyundai’s flagship Palisade SUV over Chinese New Year Lunch, at Komoco Motors recently. The large SUV's mid-life facelift, includes some styling changes, and better equipment.

You can get all of this luxi-lux for $288,999, inclusive of COE.

While most of the car remains the same, the Palisade’s interior has been rearranged to accommodate seven, instead of 8 previously. The middle row now consists of two captain’s chairs, as-opposed-to a conventional bench previously. This setup improves accessibility to the third row of seats.

Other goodies include a pair of 12.3-inch screens up-front, for the instrument cluster and infotainment screen. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity is standard, and so is a 2.6-inch HUD. New additions to the Driver Assistance Technology suite, include Remote Smart Parking Assist, Enhanced Forward Collision Avoidance and Smart Cruise Control.

Under the bonnet, the Palisade retains the same natural-breathing 3.5 litre V6, which puts out 288hp and 336Nm. It also retains the 8-speed automatic transmission. It has a combined fuel consumption figure of 10.5l/100km, and falls into the C2 VES Band.
