Singapore - Cycle & Carriage Singapore officially launches the Maxus e Deliver 3 electric van, which is the multi-franchise's first foray into the electric commercial vehicle category locally.

The Maxus 'e Deliver 3' measures 4555mm x 1780mm x 1895mm, and boasts an interior space of 4.8m3.

Apart from the e Deliver 3's 905kg payload, the barn-style rear doors open to an angle of 180 degrees, with the side sliding door adding to its versatility.

On paper, it'll cover up to 240km on a full charge, while fast DC charging will bump its battery level from 0-80 per cent in 45mins (AC will take 8hrs).

The 52.5kW/h motor delivers 120hp and 255Nm for zippy urban errands, with ESC, a rear parking camera and rear sensors for safe manoeuvrability in the city.

In terms of amenities, the e Deliver 3 comes with a seven-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay connectivity, as well as cruise control.

With the new Commercial Vehicle Emissions Scheme (CVES) that kicks in April 2021, zero-emissions electric vans like Maxus e Deliver 3 will come with a S$30,000 rebate, to be distributed over three equal payments over the first three years of the van's ownership.

Cycle and Carriage offers an 8-year/160,000km warranty for the Maxus e Deliver 3 electric van.
