You can now have your Audi TT with bronze wheels

By topgear, 27 November 2020

The Audi TT has a finite time left with us, if the rumours are true. It’ll be replaced in Audi’s range by an electric car. Thus the mk3 TT that’s still with us has been given a little spruce up to see it through.

So both the TT and the TT S now get the option of something called Bronze Selection. No prizes for guessing which colour’s been liberally applied to the wheels, seat trims and air vents.

Meanwhile the TT S – the middle one in terms of sportiness, sitting below the TT RS – has a bit more power, its 2.0-litre turbo – usually shared with the Golf R – now producing 320hp, making it good for 0-100km/h in 4.5secs.

Which is as quick as it was before the 20hp leap, it turns out. But to warrant its new Competition Plus badging the TTS now sports a fixed rear wing and a steering wheel wearing both Alcantara and a 12’o’clock marker.

Enough to keep you interested as Audi’s electrified future dawns?
