Vantage Automotive announces new dining concept - BYD by 1826

Singapore - If you like your food and your cars, Vantage Automotive wants you to check out the country’s first automotive lifestyle experience.

BYD by 1826 is a collaboration between the automotive manufacturer and EightX Group, to to pair a sustainable dining experience with the opportunity to test drive BYD cars. Their first restaurant at Boat Quay, offers test drives which are conducted at 6 Battery Road.

Vantage has also confirmed a bigger concept restaurant at Suntec City, which will be opening in a few short months. The larger restaurant will also allow patrons to get up-close with various BYD models on display.

BYD by 1826’s creations are a fusion of East meets West, and they also have a selection of beers. Offerings on the menu often have names linked to BYD’s models.

There are more concept restaurants in the works, but Vantage has yet to disclose the locations.

BYD has also announced the expansion of their EV range here. With the Dolphin Hatchback to be launched on 3 July. The Seal sedan will likely reach our shores before the end of the year.
